PROPOSED FEE STRUCTURE
Bulk Billed Consultations will apply To:
Patients who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin
- Patients who hold a valid concession or pension card, DVA Gold card holders & specific conditions for DVA White card holders.
- Any child who is aged under 16 years of age
- Intermittent billing wll apply to any Patient aged 67years+ who do not hold a valid concession or pension card. An initial consult will apply, then the next six months of standard consultations will be bulk billed.
- Care Plan & Care Plan Reviews
- Nursing Home Assessments & Nursing Home Visits
- Mental Health Care Plans
- Health Assessments
- Centrelink Forms
- All subsidised government vaccinations
Repeat Prescriptions, referrals & Medical certificates FOR EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY
Note: A co-payment will apply to all consultations, if not eligible for Bulk Billing.
This excludes private patients with No Medicare eligibility.

All standard consults for patients with a valid Medicare/DVA will be bulk billed.
While we endeavour to keep our costs as affordable as possible, some services CANNOT be bulk billed, i.e- Employment Medicals, Driving Medicals (unless VIC Roads requested) & Work Cover patients.
Work cover patients will need to settle their accounts on the day, until such time as an accepted claim has been confirmed .
Patients who do not hold a valid Medicare or DVA card, the following fees will apply
